Marketing/Communications with design experienceFinancial company in North Orange County is looking for a Marketing Specialist to work on advertising, custom e-mails, direct mail, publications, web management, product disclosures, social media, and special projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. With guidance from Marketing Director, manage creative projects from concept/creative brief through production and analysis.B. Coordinate various components of promotions, campaigns and sales support programs to ensure delivery on time and under budget.C. Produce campaigns and other analytics as required.D. Develop, maintain and report all product sales earned through strategic partnerships.E. Analysis of market conditions, member and prospect data and competitive information, and consolidate findings to support marketing strategies.F. Participate in brainstorming for marketing, promotional, advertising and sales support themes, concepts, and campaigns.G. Assist with communication on key marketing campaigns and initiatives.H. Manage e-marketing strategy including social media.I. Coordinate monthly email marketing.J. Manage website changes through content management system (CMS).K. Manage and maintain e-library of graphics, stock photography, logo art and other creative assets.L. Produce materials such as flyers, newsletters, in-branch collateral, banners, special event pieces, etc. Present concepts, production timeline and cost estimates to Marketing Director for review/approval.M.
